The shipping cost varies based on the total weight of the products in the cart, according to the brackets below.

The products purchased will be delivered within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment, except for those products not available for immediate delivery or due to external problems (bad weather, absence of the recipient, etc.)

In this regard, please provide the address where the package can certainly be received.

In the event of the recipient's absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt. If the recipient is absent again, Bontà dI Altamura will charge the recipient for storage and redelivery costs (equal to 10,000 euros) unless the recipient collects the package in person directly from the warehouse of the relevant courier.

In case of failure to collect within 5 working days the goods will be returned to the Bontà di Altamura warehouses. Delivery times are subject to change during holidays.
